Returns & Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is simple: we want you to be happy with your purchase.
All of our items are covered by our return and exchange policy. We'll be happy to accept returns, refunds, and or exchange requests within the following timeframes:
- Returns will be accepted for refunds within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchanges for another product or store credit must be requested within 45 days of purchase.
Please follow these guidelines when returning your items:
- Items should be returned to us in good gondition and in their original packaging.
- Items that fall outside the above guidelines will be accepted at our discretion.
- It may take up to 14 business days to fully process your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

Shipping
We ship via Australia Post.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

QLD / SA / WA / TAS Metro: 3-6 Business Days
NT Metro: 5-7 Business Days
EXPRESS POST
NSW / VIC / ACT Metro: 1-2+ Business Days

Orders placed after midday on a Friday, anytime on a Saturday, Sunday, or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day. The times above are approximate delivery times and exclude courier delays, processing times, and public holidays. All shipments are tracked.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100. Deliveries take approximately 2-7 business days.

We offer four adult umbrella sizes to suit different needs, plus a dedicated kids option:
- Travel – compact and handbag-friendly
- Trek – stronger, with more coverage for everyday use
- Walk – full-length design for maximum protection
- Golf – oversized canopy, ideal for two people or heavy rain
- Kids – lightweight, easy to use, with safety features designed for little hands
For most adults, the Trek or Walk Umbrella offers the best balance of coverage, durability, and everyday practicality.
Weatherman umbrellas are wind-tunnel tested for wind resistance, with ratings varying by size. Our Travel and Kids umbrellas are tested up to 72 km/h, while our Trek, Walk and Golf umbrellas are tested up to 88 km/h. They’re designed to flex in strong winds rather than break, helping prevent inversion.
